Can I use my NHS Prescription Charge Certificate to get free Dental treatment?

I have a NHS Prescription Charge Certificate to get free prescriptions. Can I use it to get free dental treatment? It's a Medical Exemption one.

1. No. You may be entitled to free or reduced price dental treatment, but there's a different procedure.
2. You should have had some kind of leaflet with the certificate or on the certificate there should be a phone number somewhere.. phone the number and the people on the phone will be able to tell you what the certificate entitles you for with regard to NHS charges
3. No - in medical insurance - prescriptions are a completely different benefit than dental.
