How close to a standard knee operation can i receive dental treatment?

Hi i will be receiving dental treatment that includes the removal of 2 teeth a week before an ACL reconstruction (Ligament reconstruction). And was a little concerned about the risks involved? The two teeth to be extracted are extremely painful and are most likely to be slightly infected.

1. speak to your surgeon about that, he may put you on antibiotics. Let your dds know also. could be a little iffy.... can you wait or are the teeth also infected?
